How long will it take to receive my order
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be despatched, please allow up to 7 days for your item to be shipped

How much is postage?
Postage will vary depending on your location. Please continue through to checkout once you have selected your items to see your cost.

Do you allow pick up?
Yes we do, we are located in Quakers Hill Sydney, once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange collection.
Please note: the 2-3 week time period will still be applied if you are picking up an order as we will have previous orders to get through first.

What is your refund/return Policy?

We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on an approved artproof, so please make sure you check the spelling and details carefully, including names and dates.

We have perfected our packing process so we experience very few breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.

Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange,

  • You can return your item to us at: Jamies Design Boutique, Suite 266, 1842 The horsley Drive Horsley Park, NSW 2175   Please include your name and order number with the item. We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Once we have received the item we will process the refund the next business day onto your original payment method. Please allow approx. 3 business days for the amount to show up on your card/account.

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return/exchange.

I have placed my order but need to change a name/details

Please send us an email, if we have not started your order, we will happily amend the order.
If we have commenced your order, there will be a charge incurred for changes, it can range from $2-$30 depending on the change required.


What is a decal ?
A decal is an adhesive label that can be applied to any clean smooth surface.


Can my bottles/glassware go in the dishwasher?
No, we only recommend hand washing for our items and no soaking in the sink either.


How long will my decal last ?
This will vary depending on the item you have purchased and the vinyl material you have requested. For example our metallic/Chrome range may only last 3-5 years whilst our standard colours including white, black, blue, lilac etc will last 8+ years.
Keep in mind the conditions that the item is in will vary the above.


How do I apply my decal?
Your decal will arrive with instructions along with a medi wipe to clean the surface. We recommend cleaning the surface and allowing it to dry, then, as per the instructions, peel the backing paper off your decal and you will be left with the decal on a clear contact transfer tape, apply from left to right, ensuring there are no bubbles and it is applied smoothly. Then get a bank card and smooth out any bubbles you may see. Carefully peel back the clear transfer, revealing your decal applied nicely.
